Women's Hormone & Menopause Care

You know your body has changed. Let's understand why, together.

If you have been told your labs are normal while you feel anything but, you are in the right place. Hormonal transitions are real, and they deserve real attention from a provider who specializes in them. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, I provide personalized, evidence-informed care for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related changes.

Concerns I Commonly Help With

  • Perimenopause and menopause

  • Hot flashes and night sweats

  • Irregular cycles

  • Sleep disruption

  • Mood changes

  • Fatigue

  • Brain fog

  • Changes in metabolism or body composition

  • Low libido

  • Other hormone-related concerns

If your concern is not on this list, do not rule yourself out. Hormones influence nearly every system in the body, and part of my job is connecting dots that a rushed appointment misses.

Targeted Vitamins & Supplements

Nutritional support plays a vital role in hormone synthesis, metabolism, and overall vitality during hormonal transitions. Rather than relying on a static, one-size-fits-all product list, supplement recommendations are curated to address your specific symptoms and identified nutritional gaps. Every product offered is selected based on rigorous scientific research, third-party testing, and strict quality assurance standards to ensure safety and effectiveness.

What Your Care Looks Like

01

A Real Consultation

We start with an unhurried virtual visit where I listen to your full story: your symptoms, their timeline, your health history, and how all of it is affecting your life.

02

A Thoughtful Evaluation

From there, I evaluate the whole picture. When clinically appropriate, laboratory testing can add helpful information, but you are more than a lab result, and your symptoms and story always matter.

03

An Individualized Plan

Together, we develop a personalized plan built around your needs and goals. Options are always discussed openly, with education and shared decision-making at the center, so you understand your choices and why we are making them. Any treatment recommendation depends on your individual evaluation, history, and clinical judgment.

04

Ongoing Follow-Up

Hormone care is a process, not a single visit. We follow up, monitor how you are responding, and adjust your plan as your body and needs evolve.

Why Specialized Care Matters

Menopause and hormone health are too often minimized or misunderstood in general practice. Certified menopause training means I understand the current evidence, the range of options, and the nuances of this stage of life, and I will take your experience seriously from the very first conversation.
